At Walker Edison, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original manufacturer's box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
